After your trial ends, your card is automatically charged at the plan rate you selected. You won't be billed a single cent during the trial period. A card is required at signup so the transition to your paid plan is seamless — no action needed from you when the trial ends.
Secure storage for your practice’s documents and data has a real cost. Additional seat fees help cover those storage costs as your team grows. One clinician seat is included in your $69/month plan, and additional seat prices are listed above so you can see the cost before adding staff.
Seats are based on active staff members only. Deactivated or archived staff do not count toward your seat total. The practice owner is included in the base plan price.
Clinician, Clinician Supervisor, Medical Director, and Peer Support / CRS roles each count as one Additional Clinician seat.
Admin Staff, Billing Specialist, Intake Clinician, Pre-Licensure Clinician, Clinician Intern, and Counselor Assistant roles each count as one Support Staff seat.
